Purity Culture is causing femicide around the world. My video proves purity culture is alive and well. This horror look was meant to disturb people, by wearing my clothes items "wrong" I was aiming for uncanny valley vibes, instead I was accused of "sharing my k!nk."

Update on our Shelldrin: Shelldon and Mr.Krabbs are both doing really well, Mr.Krabbs is buried again and presumably molting. Shelldon has been getting more comfortable with us and is becoming more active so we put a wheel in there for them to walk on at night (when they are most active.) Leonardo DaPinci has been buried for approximately 4.5 months now and we are worried about him but we also shouldn't disturb him until we are certain he isnt molting, which is tricky. There is a chance he didnt make it, which we knew might happen since we rescued them from a crappy pet store where they weren't being taken care of properly (as many hermit crabs arent.) Hopefully he will be ok. Our bioactive tanks have been SO successful, they've been growing unplanned life forces! 😅 Which can be a bit of a problem, so my tall man has been playing around with the humidity to make sure unwanted growths aren't happening (there was mushrooms growing in the old tank Leo is still buried in😵‍💫!)
It's been so cool to observe these little guys and see how strong and agile they are! Shelldon climbed to the top of the tank, pushed open the top (which is heavy glass) and escaped! Isn't that wild?! They impress us frequently with their capabilities and I'm excited to keep learning and connecting with them as best as we can.

In the same breathe we are also, land of the brave despite being afraid. Land of the intelligent, compassionate, innovative, collaborating, creative, and resilient. We decide where we stand today based off history and that decides our future. We are creators of extremes on a planet of polarity and we will continue to fight for ours and others freedoms, as we've always done. Long live the resistance if there's something to resist.

I am figuring out that this sadness inside me since I was a child comes from not living the life we are meant to. Being forced to comply with a fast paced, materialistic, grind mentality has always depressed me. I want to connect, with animals, the soil, the plants, other people. I imagine how much different the world would be if people weren't consumed with the idea of constant "progress." Sure, things would be harder in some ways but also much easier in many other ways. We've traded connection for convenience and it hurts my heart. So I must find connection in other ways, meet people where there at, and not give up. by @precious.fae
