you always never know what somebody is surviving behind a smile. I catch myself laughing at a thousand things a day but that’s also me just masking thoughts I don’t want to think. I’ve been contemplating on whether it’s important to speak up or be okay being in a shadow. Your voice is always important, never dim that. July was special to me, not because it was my birthday but it was another month added to my path that’s destined for me. Only a hand full of people know, but after March a lot of connections, hugs and memories that I held with a lot of you could’ve been our last ones. I was expected to show up and be there for a lot of people when I barely could for myself. That’s never an excuse but I always made sure I got up and showed up for myself no matter what. What a blessing it is to still be a light for those in my darkest hours. God has used me in so many ways to help or keep other people motivated. I make people happy just by sharing my gifts he has blessed me with and I’m forever grateful that I was able to keep pushing through. Definition of you don’t look what you been through. I’m sorry if there’s been times where you’ve looked for me and I have been no where to be found. Being in my own world just helps. Mental Health Matters, and I hope that you know that you are never alone. I’m not writing this looking for comfort from others, I’m writing this for myself to continue to show how much of a wonderful being I am. Truly yours, P 🀍 β€’ cheers to 32 #mentalhealth #leoseason #behappy #mentalhealthmatters #fyp by @preciouslynette
