"It is better to be a warrior in a garden than a gardener in a war"

A person with warrior skills in a peaceful setting is ready to protect what they love. A peaceful gardener caught in a war is helpless and unprepared.

Maintain strength, discipline, and readiness even when times are peaceful.

Resilient. Relentless. Always Ready.

Your body isn't just yours. It's a gift you've been trusted to steward.

Paul didn't treat his body casually. He trained it and brought it under control, so that after preaching to others he wouldn't end up disqualified himself (1 Corinthians 9:27). Discipline isn't vanity. It's obedience.

Proverbs 23:33–34 warns what happens when we give ourselves over to excess: our vision gets distorted, our judgment slips, and we drift like someone asleep on the open sea, unaware of the danger. A body without discipline leads to a mind without clarity.

So we train. We show up and do the hard reps. We choose what fuels us and what doesn't. We don't do it to look good. We do it to be ready, clear-headed, and useful for whatever we're called to.

Honor the temple.

Resilient. Relentless. Always Ready.

I don’t know every turn this community will take, but I believe God is doing something here—and I intend to show up for it.

Men coming back to faith. We still fail. Still finding our footing. Still moving forward.

New designs coming. Same calling.

Their killers wanted to spread fear. Instead, their faith spread.

Libya, 2015. Twenty men faced death rather than deny Jesus. According to the account, the man beside them witnessed their conviction and answered his captors:

“Their God is my God.”

ISIS murdered all 21. Eleven years later, we’re still telling their story.

They held to Christ when it cost them everything. May we have the courage to live the faith they died professing. taken in The Road to Greatness by @precision_resilience

Check on your mates.

Not just the ones you serve beside, but the ones outside the job too.

Brotherhood is easy to preach when it costs you nothing. Real brotherhood is proven when showing up is inconvenient, when times are tough, and when someone needs you most.

Don’t just talk about the brotherhood. Live it. Be the man who shows up when it counts.
