Had Elijah in today for a Boxing focused Sports Specific PT session.

We worked on Strength Movements, Plyometrics using med balls and box jump patterns and finished off with some core strength and stability work. 😮‍💨

All things to benefit his performance and sharpness in the ring to give him every advantage for his upcoming Leinster championship competition 🙌⌛️

Sean’s Transformation 🔥

Sean has completely transformed his physique on the lead up to his holiday. Starting just 2 months ago he’s not only shifted the scales by losing 5kg 📉but has put on serious muscle mass and strength in the process🦾. He locked in on his training and nutrition and the result truly speaks for itself.

Just goes to show what you can achieve when you have structure and are disciplined enough to lock in and follow it. 🙌

HYROX CONDITIONING WORKOUT 🔥

A simple but tough one! 🥵

🛷 Sled Push
🏐 Wall Balls
💥 Burpee Over Sandbag
🏋️ Sandbag Walking Lunges

ROUND 1
3 lengths sled push + 30 reps each

ROUND 2
2 lengths sled push + 20 reps each

ROUND 3
1 length sled push + 10 reps each

The reps drop each round, so the aim is to get the pacing right in the early rounds and push it for the final round!

Great to train with these lads again 👏🏻

Really good to catch up and revisit some old movement patterns. One of the biggest benefits of training in a group is the environment. It gives you the freedom to be more playful, and challenge yourself in ways that a structured session doesn’t always allow.
