Blessed with the chance to coach alongside Coach Clay Moser last January. A powerful reminder that teaching is about building confidence as much as skills. #growthmindset by @precisionhoops_hk

Finishing moves guards should practice daily • Extended lay finishes — practicing reach and touch around defenders, using long strides and angles to extend past shot blockers. • Power layups — two‑foot, strong finishes through contact, building balance and toughness in traffic. #dailyreps #hkhoops #香港 by @precisionhoops_hk

Every missed shot is just a step closer to nailing it. It’s all about feeling the rhythm, proper technique, and soon those shots will just sink right in. #growthmindset #enjoytheprocess #hoopsfordays by @precisionhoops_hk
When your guard turns the court into a mixtape... Jasper Ho locked in, staying in the gym, sharpening every move before the @world_youth_championship in Singapore next week. ready to see the buckets fly. 🔥 by @precisionhoops_hk
🎥 Slip Past Aggressive Defenders 🎥 突破強硬防守者 ➡️ Shoulder turn = narrow frame ➡️ 肩膀轉身 = 收窄身形 ➡️ Off-hand = shield + guide ➡️ 副手 = 保護 + 引導 ➡️ Explode = burst into space ➡️ 爆發 = 衝入空位 💡 Resistance isn’t a wall — it’s a chance to slither through. Start shoulder-to-shoulder. 2. Defender applies pressure. 3. Offensive player slips with shoulder turn + off-hand. 4. Burst past into open lane. 🔥 Repeat both roles to sharpen craft.
