Full timelapse of a new patient exam today at Precision Movement and Pain! No current pains so we were working specifically on correcting any movement compensations now before they become more problematic. The first visit is one hour long and you might still be surprised by just how much gets done!

NEW at Precision Movement & Pain! 🔥

We’re always looking for additional tools to help our patients move better, improve function, and get back to doing what they love.

Our new vibration plate is another tool we can incorporate into the right patient's care.

Potential applications include: ✅ Muscle activation ✅ Balance and neuromuscular control ✅ Supporting movement and mobility exercises

It's not a magic fix, and it's not a replacement for progressive exercise and rehabilitation. It's another option we can use when it makes sense for your goals.

Question for you: Have you ever tried a REAL vibration plate?

👇 Comment YES or NO — I'm curious how many people have used one!

Hips tight from sitting all day? Or maybe you have just always had stiff hips?

Try this kneeling hip opener move. If you think you are advanced, grab a PVC pipe.

This movement will be stretching both hips simultaneously, just different muscles of each hip!

The advanced version adds in spinal rotation to get your back moving better as well!

I thought I broke my wrist training. Red light therapy brought me back in days, not weeks. 🔴

20-minute sessions, 3x a week. Less swelling, almost full range of motion back, and my elbow and knee pain eased too.

DSP athletes/ parents receive discount and can schedule sessions while you wait for your athlete!
