Okay Liberty Village might have my new favourite spa 🦋

Atmana is an Ayurvedic spa, so the whole experience is built around helping you actually slow down. I haven’t felt this relaxed in years!

This is the perfect place for a couples spa day! My partner got the shirodhara (warm oil poured over the forehead) and I got the Atmana Signature with hot stones; we both left completely blissed out ✨ I LOVED my massage therapist, she was amazing!

If you’ve been curious about Ayurveda, consider this your sign. 🤍

ok I did not expect a free skin analysis Toronto to actually change how I shop for skincare but here we are 😭

went into Sukoshi Mart, a Korean skincare shop in Toronto that just does things differently. they scanned my skin, gave me a full skin needs assessment (hydration, pores, the whole breakdown), and I walked out knowing exactly what to buy instead of guessing like I usually do

and it’s free??? like genuinely free???
