Signs of rain did not stop us from installing this escort wall outdoors on the ceremony lawn. This magnetic seating chart shined through the gloom. From lasercut and hand painted, acrylic butterfly escort cards to precisely arranged and designed floral arrangements, no detail was overlooked. Rachel & Evan didn’t want a normal escort wall. They wanted something unique that fit their design and taste. @alisonroseevents and @preferred_projects created this ticket booth seating chart that left guests stunned and excited. Will we ever recover from this design? We think not. A sea of cherry red draping set the stage for a jazz-inspired celebration that was equal parts sleek, sultry, and sophisticated. Moody, dramatic, and made for a night on the dance floor. Thank you to our amazing couple for giving us a fun assignment @itsrachelhallett @vogel_evan , and a huge thank you to the team of incredible vendors! The first hello of the evening. A seating chart isn’t just a way to find your table. It’s often the first glimpse your guests get of what’s to come — the moment they step into your celebration and begin to feel like they’re part of the story. A beautifully designed seating chart wall can set the tone before the first toast, dinner, or dance. It welcomes your guests, sparks a little excitement, and makes each person feel thoughtfully considered. Creative vendors: Church: St Vincent De Paul Catholic Church Reception Venue: @themajesticdowntown Planner and Designer: @Theblushingdetails Photographer @romantphotography Videographer @whiteroseproduction Caterer: @24carrotscatering Floral Designer: @kateflowersla Rental: @tmmprorental Specialty Rental: @abovethetopevents Candles: @elizabethgracefloral Paper Goods: @ladesignboutique Signage: @preferred_projects DJ and Lighting: @thegreyorange.creative MC @kateleungevents Jazz Musician: @popnouveaujazz String Trio:@pinkmozartent HMUA: @beautybybonbon Wedding Cake: @thebutterend Magician: @jeffblackmagic Photobooth: @dreamlightphotobooth Lion Dancer: @sgvcca Valet: @blackdiamond_valet Shuttle: @riztransportation Classic Car: @classychassisrentals Invitation: @plumeandstone #ladesignboutique #annaquach #seatingchartwall #seatingchart by @preferred_projects
Thank you to the dream team who brought this vision to life 🤍 Finding time to paint while raising a baby isn’t easy, but I knew I wanted to add a personal touch to her Dohl — Korean first birthday. Between nap times and late nights, I found quiet moments to return to what I love doing, for the newest love of my life. I envisioned something traditional yet modern, so I painted cherry blossoms to complement her hanbok and added Mugunghwa — the national flower of South Korea. My dear friend and florist Jenny created the most beautiful arrangements to perfectly accent the panels, and Ellen, the creative mastermind, built the entire backdrop set to bring every detail seamlessly together. 🌸 @skymeadowplace - event planner @jhflorals - flowers @preferred_projects - foam board panels by @preferred_projects
K-drama vibes to C-drama Shanghai nights. Jessica and Dennis had a vision to bring both worlds to their wedding day. The day came and went too fast. ❤️ Took countless days and nights designing and reviewing with local vendors to even international calls to get a custom dragon lantern made, get on a container and literally shipped to us by boat. But none of this would have come to life without @jesskabears and @orangemoney52 ‘s vision and the vendors that perfectly executed my highly demanding design. So much gratitude to everyone that did so much more than just their jobs. They poured their talent, dedication and care into every detail. #weddingoftheyear #epicwedding Planning and Design @livelovecreate Photo @perpixelphoto Video @studiokingco HMU @sangpark72 Qipao @jinzaoriental Venue @cityviewpenthouse Lighting/Audio/Stage @djz_productions DJ/MC @hidefgroup Fabrication/Signage/Neon @preferred_projects Florist @milieuflorals Catering @hungrybearcatering Bar @bearandstone Rentals @mtb_event_rentals Rentals @foundrentalco Antique Chinese furniture @omegacinemaprops Cake @eatdomi Lion dancers @uclaliondance Late night popcorn chx @bopomofocafe Transportation @beverlyhillsrides #luxurywedding #losangeleswedding #囍 by @preferred_projects
Share your vision, and we’ll turn it into reality ✨ The bride dreamed of a Korean drama–inspired ceremony, while the groom envisioned a reception that felt like wandering through the night markets of Shanghai.
