Everything was going smoothly at Prego Ryde… until the chicken machine decided to call it quits. and when roast chooks are a big part of what you do, that’s kind of a big deal.

sometimes, running a restaurant means rolling up your sleeves and getting things done.

and just like that… we’re back in business 🐔❤️‍🔥 taken in Midway Shopping Centre by @pregochicken

From building properties to building burgers. Now that’s a career move we can get behind 🍔 🍗

We popped into @pregochicken Summer Hill’s newest chicken spot, to meet the people behind the counter.

We chatted about swapping property development for chicken and handed @chrisafsari a job he’s been preparing for his whole life: making (and eating) their signature burger.

Watch for the story. Stay for Chris’s kitchen debut👀
