🏆 A Win for Innovation. A Win for Residents.

The Collective at Norman has been named a 2026 Property Innovation Award winner by Parks Associates! 🎉

This project is a perfect example of what can happen when innovation meets execution.

Through the collaboration between Preiss + IRIS Technologies, residents at The Collective at Norman can use the Mobile Wallet Experience to access their apartments and amenities, creating a simpler, more seamless way to live.

And the results speak for themselves:

📲 85.5% adoption
🔓 100K+ verified unlocks
🚫 Zero reported lockouts

We’re incredibly proud of the teams and partners who brought this vision to life and helped push student housing technology forward.

The future of access is here and it’s mobile📲

The Collective at Norman is featured in Broadband Communities🎉

This article takes a deeper look at how the community's technology transformation started with a strong broadband foundation and evolved into a more connected resident experience through high-speed internet, smart technology, and our Mobile Wallet Experience.

It was also especially exciting to see the story come full circle at Broadband Communities Summit, where Iris Technologies VP, Ed Keathley and Brian Rader of Pavlov joined the conversation to talk about The Collective at Norman and what it takes to build truly connected communities.

We are incredibly proud of this project and the teams and partners who helped bring it to life.🏡📱
