Mixing modern furniture with vintage decor/accessories is my go to technique for creating a bespoke space. Swipe for the before.

Modern moody but keep it light and airy. Solving the puzzle of marrying various aesthetics is no easy feat but it’s my favorite part of the design process.

Me and my accomplice will be locked in to get those 2027 tickets in August. The absolute best time. by @premiercodesign_

Picked up my library books that were on hold, a few puzzles and some red wine. Looking forward to hibernating this weekend.

This might be my favorite set of styled shelves. The shelves were my opportunity to bring in color and whimsy.

My favorite part of the work is taking what a client wants and bringing it to life.

The chair was the star of this office and I knew it would be the anchor of the space. When clients want a neutral palette I enjoy the challenge of using pattern, texture and varying tones to tell a story.

Every shoot @beccaleaphoto has to remind me to loosen up and not do a fake forced smile.

Slide 1: my authentic smile
Slide 2: my “i dread the camera” smile

Anywho, the edits from my most recent shoot are in. Excited to share! This was a fun project.

When we first pulled up to this house I was ready to put in an offer before we even started the tour. It had everything we wanted, mid century architecture, sqft, double height living room, charm, unique features, mature trees, plenty of street parking, and the list goes on.

It also needed to be fully renovated. It’s been a long and trying journey from major plumbing work to landscaping. We still have several spaces left to renovate but it feels so good to finally be able to enjoy this home after working on it tirelessly for the last 18 months.

This home would not exist as it currently does without the magic of my better half @jo.proper . Thank you for buying into my vision of what I knew this home could be and putting in hundreds of hours to bring my vision to life. taken in Irving, Texas by @premiercodesign_

Still pinching myself that I get to do this and call it work. It’s so much more than what we show and it isn’t easy by far but I can’t think of anything I’d rather do than create beautiful spaces.

Looking forward to connecting with new and returning clients this year that are excited and ready to invest in their overall well being through the curation of a home that’s uniquely designed for how they live. by @premiercodesign_
