Not everything in a viral "hot take" is wrong.Sunlight does play an important role in our overall health. It can support vitamin D production, help regulate our circadian rhythm, and positively impact mood.The problem isn't the sun itself. It's prolonged, unprotected exposure to ultraviolet (UV) radiation that increases your risk of skin cancer, premature aging, and skin damage. Health conversations are rarely black and white.
