A note from one of our Holiday Clients.

Thank you so much for all of your work and support with our holiday party. We truly appreciate the care and effort you and your team put into the event.

The food was fantastic. Our guests absolutely loved the salmon. It was one of the most talked about dishes of the night. The drinks were also a huge hit. Everything was delicious, and I personally loved the holiday mule. It was such a fun and festive touch.

That said, the event was a big success overall, and we are very grateful for all the work you and your team did to make the evening special. Thank you again for everything and for helping create such a memorable night. I also really appreciated you getting the rosé to us to taste and allowing us to drop off the liquor ahead of the event, as well as meeting us onsite to ensure everything was tracking smoothly.

I truly cannot thank you enough for the attention and care you gave us leading up to the event and day-of. by @premiere_catering

A New Review from last Sundays Reception at Castaway Portland with 350 Guests in attendance. Thank you Isabel! you and your staff were absolutely awesome to assist.
We just celebrated our company’s 10th anniversary this past weekend and hosted a large celebration, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience with Premiere Catering.
From the very beginning, Michael was incredibly responsive and easy to reach, which immediately set Premiere apart from the other caterers we considered. After attending a tasting and being blown away by the food, we knew we had found the right choice. As our event approached, Michael remained consistent with communication and was especially helpful when coordinating rentals.
On the day of the event, we realized we were short on chairs, and Michael handled it immediately by ordering additional rental chairs—completely stress-free for us. During the event, Mitch, the chef, stayed on site and was absolutely fantastic. He had a great attitude, stayed on top of everything, and he and his staff handled the chaos of a large party with ease. We are so grateful for their flexibility and professionalism.
And the food—absolutely delicious. The brisket is to die for! We received rave reviews from our guests, and the catering was truly a highlight of the night. We also made specialty cocktails, and they were great. It was worth every penny, and we would highly recommend Premiere Catering for any event. If you want delicious food and great service, go with Premiere! by @premiere_catering
