If you’re considering seeing one of these 8 showings of Matilda coming up in November, here’s the best chance to get tickets

2 day Promo code running today and tomorrow for any show.

Promo Code: TREAT26 by @premo_31

Helping work on pieces for the Krayon Kids show Friday night and yesterday. Painted borders on blocks, and then added pictures to the sides of the large Alphabet blocks. (I didn’t build the blocks, don’t wanna take credit for that). We ended up with an Orange Apple to match the color the A already was. Oh well.

Tickets are already selling fast! Only a 2 weekend show this time around.

🚨Sale Pending!!🚨

19874 SE Jette Ln Beaverton 97003

Congratulations to the sellers out there in Beaverton. This one went pending after only 7 days on market with a great offer and an excited buyer.

This seller made some very responsible choices in having a PRE-listing inspection on the home, addressing the items that came up, replaced the carpet, painted the interior, and handled a handful of other necessary fixes as opposed to putting on the market in need of repairs and hoping to get someone willing to take on projects. In this market, buyers want something they can move right into and not worry about necessary immediate projects. And it paid off for this seller with a nice fast close.

Reach out if you'd like to hear how I advise my sellers to get the most out of their homes and sell in the least amount of time. by @premo_31

Fun Saturday morning at the @pathtofreedom5k in Happy Valley. A foot issue kept me from actually running it, but made it thru the obstacles with my buddy Nate and made it to the finish line. Very cool event. The folks running this event do an excellent job making a fun and challenging event. And it’s for a great cause supporting a rotating variety of organizations that support law enforcement battle human trafficking. by @premo_31

For the rock fans out there, a few clips from the Rob Zombie & Marilyn Manson concert Friday night at Cascade amphitheater. My buddy Grant hit up an old rock band concert every summer. This one did not disappoint. For both these guys being about 60, they had impressive vocal abilities still. Not much of a Manson fan, but I will say, he put on a good show. My phone camera said FULL mid concert so I missed recording several of Zombies stage creatures that came out. by @premo_31

Spent the afternoon pressure washing the driveway and sidewalk of a new listing coming Thursday. The seller did a ton to get this home ready for market so I told them I’d take care of this project for them. by @premo_31

I sponsored a hole for Ava’s dance team fundraiser golf scramble Saturday at Eagles landing golf course. It wasn’t necessary to sit at the holes but I wanted to make it fun and meet the other dance parents. So I had a marshmallow golf challenge and a Guess how many Tees in the jar game. It was a fun morning. @powerdancestudiopdx @theaerieateaglelanding by @premo_31

Had a fun family overnight trip out to Seaside.

Unfortunately it wasn’t very sunny but we enjoyed walking the shops and hitting the arcades.

Ended up playing way more of this ball rolling game than I would have thought. The kids loved it! by @premo_31

Hood river visit day with the wifey. We hit Mitchell Tunnel, walked the pipeline trail, hit Marchesi vineyards for some wine, walked downtown HR. by @premo_31

I knew this one would go fast. 2 days on market, 4 offers and ended up getting more than the list price. Happy for a fast and smooth sale for the sellers, and for the buyers to have a fun new property to build memories at.
Thankful to have been able to represent this special home.
If you are thinking of selling a home soon, send me a message and let's connect to talk about it. by @premo_31

Happy Anniversary to this beautiful lady I get to spend my life with. 13 years ago we tied the knot and would still do it again in a heartbeat. Nobody Id rather have with me on these adventures. Love you wifey! by @premo_31
