Left : 38 in 2022. Right : 41 in 2024.

Documenting this here to remind myself of the few mantras I’ve learnt on this journey.

1. Consistency is key
2. Stay the course
3. Just show up
4. Everything takes time
5. Age is really just a number, it’s the mind and soul that matters more.

It wasn’t easy at first, i wanted to quit many times but reminded myself of the above. 2 years later im still here and now enjoying the ride. When you make working out fun, it will be fun. I’m not here for the washboard abs , I’m here for being fit, fast, agile and healthy.

And im damn proud to say I put in the work. Im proud of me.

To the love of my life, happy birthday!

We’ve been through some of the worst days of our lives, but there’s nobody else I’d rather do life with. Never a dull day with your jokes, dance moves, constant attempts to scare the sh*t out of me, and your ability to be hungry at the most ungodly hours.

We always say how grateful we are for each other, and I truly am. For all the laughter, the chaos, and everything in between.

I love life with you. 😘 by @premosupremo

They say love has five languages… but I think there’s one more.

Someone who remembers your favourite order
And shares their food with you?

That’s LOVE.

What’s your #MekdiKuMoment?
