Celebrating three incredibly talented Black sisters as they expand from a salon suite to a full storefront grand opening. Their artistry, their consistency, and their sisterhood have inspired me for years — and they’re a huge part of why the Brunch Cup was created.

It was an honor for Prepped by Qua to cater this milestone moment. Supporting women who support women will always be my favorite part of this journey.
-
Congratulations on your new chapter — your empire is only getting started. 💐

Yes, your girl really went to culinary school.
Graduating class of 2024 😏 so yes… I am a chef. 👩🏾‍🍳✨

And somewhere between motherhood, marriage, life shifts, long nights, and a rough season… I got quiet for a minute.

But quiet doesn’t mean finished. 🌱

I’ve spent this past year rebuilding myself softly, learning myself again, and remembering that passion still deserves a seat at the table.

Cooking has always been more than food for me.
It’s comfort. Community. Creativity. Love served hot. 🔥

So this is me popping back out — not perfect, not polished, just present.

And #PreppedByQua is only getting started.

Thank y’all for being here while I step back into my purpose one plate at a time. 🍽️✨

Life stirred the pot… now watch me cook. 😉

I'm obsessed with Pho, but the thing that left a everlasting taste in my mouth are those damn egg rolls 😅

One of my favorite parts of the tasting process is getting to know my clients. 💛

During this tasting, I learned that my couple didn't actually like green beans—even though they originally chose them for the menu! They picked them thinking their guests would enjoy them more.

My response? Let's change it.

This is your day. While I absolutely want your guests to leave talking about the food, I want you to love every bite, too. Your menu should reflect your taste, your story, and your celebration.

That's why every tasting is about creating a menu that feels like you.

✨ Come hungry. Leave impressed.
