Yesterday, we joined Shopping Today at DeFabrique in Utrecht to share the findings of our ShoppingTomorrow expert group!

Over the past months, 20 experts explored how AI, automation, and changing buyer expectations are reshaping B2B commerce.

During the closing presentation, our Bernard Jan Boekholt moderated a panel discussion with John Mouthaan (Arla Foods) and Niek van der Meij (Van der Plas Group), sharing key insights with around 100 attendees.

What happens when you let AI take the lead on a content migration?

When rebuilding the Prepr website, we had to migrate more than 1,000 content items into a completely redesigned content model. We expected AI to make the process significantly faster.

Our first attempt taught us an important lesson: giving AI too much freedom too early can create more complexity, not less.

So we started over.

This time, our developers defined the architecture, established repeatable patterns, and broke the migration into smaller, testable steps. AI became an implementation partner rather than the architect.

The result was a much more predictable and maintainable migration process.

Gotta catch 'em all… what a cool theme! 🎮

Part of our team spent yesterday at Edgecase 2026 in Hilversum. It was the fifth edition of TrueFullstaq's Kubernetes event, with hundreds of cloud native professionals in one place.

Its Pokémon theme fit surprisingly well. Kubernetes went from "what is this?" to the standard for running modern applications. And just like trainers build their collection, platform engineers build their ecosystem: pods, clusters, services, security, storage.

And what a range of sessions it was! We went from listening to Justin Garrison talk about physically scaling and descaling Kubernetes, to learning about headless security with Shantanu Gattani.

We also enjoyed Ben van der Burg's session after lunch. Instead of adding to the overwhelming chaos around AI in the media, he had the room work through real news articles together.

The sessions were refreshingly interactive, with plenty of room for questions, and the conversations kept going over breaks and lunch.

Thank you Chris Baars and @truefullstaq for the invite, and to the speakers for all the great insights! Looking forward to continuing our conversations. 🤝

You can see how individual content items perform directly where you create and manage them, with eight metrics covering reach, engagement, and performance.

Alongside views, unique visitors, time spent, and scroll depth, you can see:

→ Assisted goals: how often an item was part of a session that resulted in a goal
→ Conversion rate: how often views contributed to those converting sessions
→ Impact score: how much an item contributed across the journey toward a goal

Together, these metrics give you a clearer picture of the role your content plays, so you can learn what works, identify opportunities to improve, and make better decisions about what to create next.
