Seven years ago, I took a leap and built something I deeply believed in. What started as a passion for storytelling, music, and championing artists has grown into a career and business that has taken me places I once only dreamed about.

Over the last seven years, I’ve learned that entrepreneurship isn’t just about success. It’s about resilience. It’s about trusting yourself when the path feels uncertain, learning how to evolve, building meaningful relationships, staying consistent, and continuing to dream bigger with every milestone you reach.

I’m incredibly proud of what I’ve built, grateful for every artist, client, collaborator, and opportunity that has shaped this journey, and excited for what’s ahead.

Here are 7 lessons I’ve learned from 7 years of building this business. 🤍

There are moments in this business that remind me exactly why I do what I do — and this was absolutely one of them. ✨

So incredibly proud of @tran22v who delivered a truly powerful performance of “More of You” live on Nashville’s @todayinnashville yesterday. Watching an artist step into moments like these and absolutely own the stage never gets old.

A huge thank you to @wsmvtv and the entire Today in Nashville team for giving T-RAN this incredible platform and showing love to one of Tennessee’s brightest talents.

This performance comes during an already historic season for T-RAN, who was recently named Tennessee’s Ambassador of Music & Entertainment — becoming the first African American artist in state history to receive this distinction and was also awarded the Key to Gallatin, another monumental honor recognizing his impact both on and off the stage.

Watching these moments unfold for artists I believe in will always be one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

Seeing “Beast” and “You Weren’t Here, I Really Miss You” both cross 100 million streams thanks to TikTok is surreal in the best way. It’s not just a comeback, it’s a reminder that great songs don’t have an expiration date; they just find new people when the timing’s right.

What’s even more inspiring is where Mia’s headed now. Undeniable Frequencies and her “Music as Medicine” work feels like a whole new chapter with real intention behind it.
