POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

98 years of grace.

Of carrying more than most could imagine,
Yet never letting hardship harden the heart.

The heavy tie speaks of the weight she carried.
The petals whisper of the joy she still chose.

Mrs. Grace is proof that strength is not always loud.

Sometimes, it looks like kindness that survived everything.

A life like hers cannot truly be repaid.
So we chose to honor her the best way we know how,

A portrait worthy of her legacy.

We had the honour of documenting Pa Akande and his beautiful wife.

They are yet another proof that love ages beautifully, built slowly, held carefully, and preserved with intention.

What you didn’t see behind the frames was the patience, the quiet pauses, the way their love story sat gently in the room.

This was such a special moment for all of us who worked on it. It was an honour to witness a love that has weathered different storms.

To the couple whose story reminded so many of what choosing each other everyday looks like, we are deeply grateful.

And to the team who carried the vision with so much care, thank you for helping bring this special story to life once again.

If you Remember the movie
ERAN IYA OSHOGBO ……….

Before she was Iya Osogbo, there was Grace.

A woman whose story began long before many of us ever saw her on screen.
For generations, Madam Grace Owoola has been part of the rich tapestry of Yoruba storytelling.
And while Eran Iya Osogbo introduced the unforgettable character of Iya Osogbo to many of us, the woman behind the character had already lived a story of her own.

So for these portraits, we wanted to honour both.
The woman.
The character.
The memories she has given generations.
And yes, the goat had to make a little appearance. 🐐
Not to steal the show, but as a subtle nod to the character many of us remember her by.
Because sometimes, the smallest details carry the biggest stories.

Tomorrow, Madam Grace Owoola turns 96.
96 years of life.
96 years of stories.
96 years of grace.
And this is why we do Preserving Legacy.
Because the faces we see today will one day become the stories people tell tomorrow.

We are honoured to preserve a little piece of your story.

139 years of stories.
Of markets opened before sunrise.
Of strength carried on the head and in the heart.
Of a life that became legacy long before the camera arrived.
Today,
We honor IYA ALATA not just for her age, but for the history she represents. ❤️

This portrait is part of our CSR project dedicated to preserving the faces, stories, and dignity of elderly people whose lives deserve to be remembered.
