I don’t know who needs to hear this but DON’T GIVE UP‼️

The first 4 pictures is when I first started pressing hair years ago. My hair journey has been a lil ruff. I gave up doing hair right before Covid. I got discouraged.😔
But as soon as Covid hit I started back. I was working 2 jobs & doing hair. Nobody wouldn’t share nor like my pics but this time I was determined to keep going. That didn’t stop me. I kept doing hair & posting. I stopped looking at how good others were & started focusing on my OWN work. I got soooo much better when I did that. My work didn’t get like this over night. I went thur plenty of trial & error & still do. I’m still not where I want to be as a stylist but one thing I will NEVER do is give up again.

I say all that to say this your journey is just that “Your Journey “ do not get discouraged looking at how good others are or how many like you get. Focus on your work & watch how good you get. Don’t let NOTHING or NO ONE stop you. You got this.💪🏾

My client left out literally THANKING me & tipped me well… You wanna know why?

She thanked me for doing that smoothing treatment on her hair two weeks ago.😂

This is her first shampoo after her smoothing treatment & as you can see her natural texture is still intact. It was so much easier from the shampoo, to the blow dry, to the press. It took under 1 hour. I started at 1:24 & she was walking out at 2:12pm. (No I wasn’t rushing.)
