I know I’ve been a little quiet on here lately, but there’s a reason behind it. EOS doesn’t really allow tripods at the location I go to, which makes recording my workouts a little difficult.

As someone who genuinely enjoys creating fitness content, it’s frustrating when you want to share your journey but run into obstacles trying to do it. I’m still locked in, still training, and still working on bringing y’all content! This is not the location that told me no tripods btw! #eos #trying #mixitup by @pressurebuiltj

This has always been something I genuinely have a passion for, so it’s never been about the fame or recognition. I just want to create, grow, and share something I truly love with y’all. I appreciate everyone who’s been rocking with me. #support #contentcreater #qualityoverquantity by @pressurebuiltj

Yooo this was actually one of the most fun videos I’ve filmed in a while 😂 I had to cut over 5 minutes of good footage just to get it down to 2:37 lol. Mostly squats, a few warm-up drills, and a whole lot of suffering 😂

The new DJI Mics finally came in too, so let me know how the audio sounds. If you make it to the end, drop your favorite part 👀💪 Full video on YouTube later 🔥 #legday #squat by @pressurebuiltj
