Also Cato and I celebrated our 2 year anniversary earlier this month! Lucky to love and be loved in return. He’s my ride or die. Living life together makes me feel silly, strong and capable and I love getting to grow together.

It’s shocking what a decade and some change can bring, and I think back to my moody, closeted, tender, eighth grade self often. I discovered I was queer while living in Edinburgh when I was just teeny weenie, and getting to walk the city again was cathartic in a way I didn’t quite know how to anticipate. I am grateful tiny 13 year old me stayed alive, that I have supportive friends and family & that I get to grow into the person I am.
