Hola! 👋🏾 HELLO 2026! WE MADE IT YA'LL! TO GOD BE THE GLORY..A time was had last night and I was in by 1030pm. .I'm just sharing some precious moments I had while visiting #Nashville. I make friends wherever I go and I enjoy every special moment and contact I endure. .Meeting the ladies in gift shop as I entered @hermitagehotel was such a vibe and those stuffed dogs you see are exclusive to the hotel. .I did not attend a wedding but I wanted to meet the bride so I walked into the ball room and there she was. She is such a sweetheart and she is 55 with twin adult girls. A NYE newlywed! 🙌🏾🫶🏾 I'm always excited and happy for anyone's milestones or celebration. .Thank you for all the love Nashville. I love to support you all..I started back doing alot of things I love and painting is one of those things. I hadn't picked up a paint brush since college..Do you have a hobby or several?.📌 Dress: @tjmaxx .📌 Top under dress: I found it while cleaning out my closet. The embelshments on top are preattached. It was the perfect addition to style the dress modestly..📌 Shoes: @circusny.📌 Handbag: @ddsdiscounts .📌 Bracelets: My late mother's jewelry box. So many treasures I have to remind me of her. 🥹.📌 Earrings: @kurtgeiger.📌 Sign Art: gifted by my son and his family. I just gave it a face lift.Professional Artist approved by my aunt Dr. Johnnie Mae Maberry @maberry3_5 So that means I did a good job. 🙃I used acrylic paints, synthetic fiber brushes, silk floral that I mod podge after gluing them on with E6000 glue. I put a semi gloss protective layer after all was done. Hola 👋🏾 Just dropping in to say heeey. So thankful for those checking on me. I've been working on many projects, moving around rooms in my home, building my closet room, playing gardener, mechanic ( keeping my cars maintenance up), exterminator ( bugs hate to see me coming), still going thru parents estate papers and personal items and enjoying my peace, my home and my family that's here in Texas..My work team has grown from like 22 to 53 and I'm so thankful for the leadership and I'm BUSY BUSY. .My granddaughters are like flowers to me, so beautiful. I just like looking at them. 🤭.The story behind the lime tree. It had died in our winter storm back in I think 2021 and didn't come back until 2024. I lost mom 2023 and lost dad 2024 and now the tree is taller than my fence and growing limes. My son, dtr-in-law and granddaughters planted one for me, dtr-in-law's mom and my mom. My tree is the only one that grew back with absolutely no care until this year. When I saw that it was standing @whatsupwith_mj I thought it was a weed and I was about to pull it up. 🤣I appreciate you all. 😘#contentcreatorover50 #gardening #limetree #lifestyle #healthylife by @pretty4one

Adult friendships will humble you.But if you let them, they will heal you too.Over the last 10 years, I’ve learned so much about friendship. I’ve experienced connection and disappointment in ways I never expected.After being hurt and betrayed by someone I met on this app, I didn’t think I could open myself up to new friendships again.Then Nedra @pretty4one came into my life and shifted everything. Born the same year, same height, same shoe size, but more than that, the same spirit. She’s positive, woman of God, supportive, genuine, and a reminder that real friendship still exists.Here’s what adult friendships have taught me: 1. Not everyone who starts with you is meant to stay. 2. Watch how people treat you when you’re growing, healing, or winning. 3. Real friends don’t compete, they celebrate. 4. Not everyone clapping is genuinely happy for you. 5. Notice who gets quiet when good things happen. 6. Some people prefer the version of you that needed them more. 7. Peace is more valuable than history. 8. Boundaries don’t destroy relationships, they reveal the healthy ones. 9. The right friends won’t make you feel confused, small, or drained. 10.
