Life lately… This is just the beginning 🧘🏽‍♀️🌱 by @pretty_nursesilk

Every day I ask myself:
• Does this move me forward?
• Does this build my future?
• Does this align with who I’m becoming?

If the answer isn’t yes, it doesn’t get my time.

Focus isn’t about doing more.
It’s about eliminating what doesn’t matter.

I’m locked in.
The results will speak.

If you’re ready to lock in, elevate your mindset, and move with intention—
I put everything I’ve learned into my ebook.

1. The “let’s just vibe” friend
No goals, no plans, no vision. Every convo is about vibes, drama, or going out. I need growth, not just good times.

2. The broke-but-proud friend
Not the one who’s struggling — the one who refuses to learn about money, budgeting, or investing but always got something negative to say when you do.

3. The negative narrator
Always complaining. Life is always unfair. Every opportunity has a problem attached to it. That mindset is contagious.

4. The subtle hater
They clap with one hand. Support is lukewarm. They get quiet when you’re winning but loud when you’re stuck.

5. The stuck-in-the-past friend
Still living in old habits, old stories, old identities. I’m building a new life — I can’t keep revisiting the old one.
Hard Truth:
Outgrowing people doesn’t mean you’re better. It means you’re being honest about where you’re headed.

“Elevation requires separation. Not out of ego, but out of alignment.” ✨ by @pretty_nursesilk

1. Slowing my mornings down
A calm morning lowers cortisol and signals safety to my brain. When my body feels safe, my mind follows.
✨ Affirmation: I don’t need to rush to be worthy. I am safe in stillness.
2. Breathing before reacting
Slow, intentional breathing stimulates the vagus nerve and pulls me out of fight-or-flight. I choose regulation over reaction.
✨ Affirmation: I can pause. My breath brings me back to balance.
3. Moving my body with intention
Gentle movement releases stored stress and boosts serotonin and dopamine. I move to support my nervous system, not to punish my body.
✨ Affirmation: My body knows how to release what it’s been holding.
4. Protecting my energy
Boundaries reduce chronic stress and give my brain space to reset and rewire. Rest is part of my healing.
✨ Affirmation: I am allowed to protect my peace without guilt.

Healing isn’t loud.
It’s neurological.
And learning to regulate my nervous system has been my real glow up ✨

Save this for the days your body needs safety more than pressure 🤍 by @pretty_nursesilk

Success isn’t just the bag anymore.
It’s:

1. Fix your relationship with money

Abundance starts with how safe money feels to you.
Stop saying “I’m broke” → say “I’m managing my money better now.”
💡 Abundance flows where there’s respect.

2. Practice gratitude before you get more

Gratitude signals readiness. Be grateful for paid bills, food, health, followers, skills. Write 2 things daily you already have.
📖 “Whoever is faithful with little will be faithful with much.” — Luke 16:10

3. Clean up your financial habits

You can’t attract overflow while leaking money. Track every dollar (even the small ones).
Abundance likes structure.

4. Believe you are worthy of more

If deep down you feel undeserving, abundance will stall. Release guilt about wanting more.
Affirmation: “I am safe receiving more.” by @pretty_nursesilk

1. Tiny changes compound louder than big promises.
2. If it doesn’t fit my lifestyle, it won’t last.
3. Repetition builds confidence.
4. Every habit is a vote for my future self.
5. I protect my routines like I protect my peace. by @pretty_nursesilk

1. Making good money doesn’t mean you’re good with money.
No habits = money gone every time.
2. You don’t need to look rich to actually build wealth.
Quiet moves will always beat loud spending.
3. Working harder won’t fix bad decisions.
Picking up extra shifts just to blow the money is still broke behavior.
4. Everybody won’t clap when you change.
Some people liked you better when you were easier to relate to.
5. Peace, discipline, and consistency will take you way further than motivation ever will.

If you’re ready to change habits and mindset, my book is for you ✨ by @pretty_nursesilk

Truth is… I used to think being a “baller” was the goal.
Popping bottles, buying Chanel, never checking my account.
All the nurse influencers were flexing spending — nobody was talking about saving.

I thought it was normal to pick up extra shifts just to blow the money on temporary fun.
Trips, sections, designer bags… and nothing to show for it but memories and exhaustion.

What I didn’t realize was how much the rooms I was in shaped me.
Spending felt cool. Saving felt boring. Planning felt unnecessary.

Now?
I pick up shifts to increase my investments.
To pay off debt.
To buy my time back.
To live a real soft life — not one funded by burnout.

Growth is realizing some habits weren’t even yours…
they were borrowed from the room.

Chapter 7. The Rooms That Raised Me. ✨📖 by @pretty_nursesilk

I didn’t have a money problem. I had a habit problem. And no one ever explained the difference. by @pretty_nursesilk

I used to think my problem was income.
It wasn’t.

It was discipline without a system.

I’d feel motivated…
then overwhelmed…
then right back at zero.

So I created the exact guide I wish I had earlier —
simple, realistic, and built for people who are tired of restarting.

This ebook is for you if:
• You know what to do but struggle to stay consistent
• You want structure without stress
• You’re ready to stop repeating the same cycle

You don’t need another pep talk.
You need a system you can stick to.
