She Made Me a Mom 💖 At just 16 years old, I became a mother—and that was the day my life truly began. This beautiful young lady made me a mom, and what a blessing she has been every single day since. Today, she’s 24 years old, running her own business, and just had her trailer professionally wrapped. I watch her chase her dreams with passion, grace, and determination—and I couldn’t be more proud. She is smart, kind, resilient, and so beautiful inside and out. She is my prize in life—my heart walking outside my body. The journey we’ve shared has shaped who I am, and I thank God every day for choosing me to be her mother. She didn’t just change my life—she gave it purpose. I love her more than words will ever express. 💕 #SheMadeMeAMom #ProudMom #YoungMomJourney #MyWhy #DaughterGoals #FamilyFirst #GratefulHeart #mothersday @fluffedbyari Ari 🖤 by @prettybigdeals
Happy 26th Birthday to my baby, Ari! Time has gone by so quickly. I can hardly believe I have a 26-year-old daughter! No matter how grown you are, you will always be my baby, and being your mother is a blessing I never take lightly. As a young mother, you were my motivation to keep going, work harder, and believe there was more ahead for us. Through so much of my life, it was you and me. I praise God when I look at the woman you’ve become. The hard work, prayers, and sacrifices mattered. I’ve always wanted you to have more opportunities and fewer struggles than I did. I can’t protect you from everything, but I will always encourage you to choose good, be patient, walk in wisdom, and trust God’s timing. Lord, thank You for my daughter. Please guide her steps, protect her heart, and bless this new year of her life. Happy Birthday, Ari! You are one of my greatest blessings, and I am so proud to be your mom. Life is just getting started, baby. I love you always! by @prettybigdeals

Over $1 MILLION closed in ONE DAY. And a family story I’ll never forget. October 30 was a Pretty Big Deal! This journey started in June with a duplex search. My buyers wanted a home where Mom could be close while keeping separate homes. In August, we thought we had found the one. We negotiated $75,000 off asking, but inspection concerns led us to walk away. That hurt. But God was still working. Then my buyer found this beautiful new construction home. It was outside her budget, but I encouraged her to visit the open house. She fell in love—and discovered the property RIGHT NEXT DOOR was in the beginning stages of being renovated. I negotiated her dream home into budget AND secured the property next door for Mom to customize! Newlyweds beginning their life together. Mom just a few steps away. Separate homes, with so many shared memories ahead. BUT GOD! A custom-fit blessing. JUST SOLD | October 30 Glenwood Ave SE | Atlanta, GA $700,000 | 4 beds | 3.5 baths | 4,780 sq. ft. Across from East Lake Golf Club | No HOA Nearly $100,000 below the original asking price! This closing was part of a day totaling over $1 million in real estate. I’m proud of that milestone and grateful for every client whose trust made it possible. I love my clients. I love love. And I pray this home brings them years of joy—with Mom right next door. Today, you would have turned 50 years old. Happy Heavenly Birthday, big brother. On January 27, twelve years ago, I lost you. I was only 30, and life has never been the same without you. What I wouldn’t give to take back every attitude, every unnecessary argument, and every moment I took you for granted. I wish I had known how precious our time together really was. There are so many things I would say—and so many times I would just hug you a little longer. The older I get, the more I realize how much life you’ve missed and how deeply your presence is still needed. You have two grandbabies now—a beautiful little girl and a handsome little boy carrying on the Hamilton legacy. I wish you were here to love on them and watch them grow. We had a bond that can never be replaced. Man, life has been hard AF without you. Some days, I still just need my brother. But I’m still a fighter, and that will never change. I know there is a God, and I hold on to the faith that one day I’ll see you again. Until then, I’ll keep carrying your love and your memory with me. Today, through the tears and all the memories, we celebrate YOUR LIFE. Fifty years since the world was blessed with you, and forever in my heart. Happy Heavenly 50th Birthday, big brother. I love you. Always. by @prettybigdeals
Chi Chi and I have been truly working hard lately, and I have to share this closing story! This journey started with a simple home tour and ended with a brand-new beginning. I met the sweetest woman who needed to sell her home, but taking the traditional listing route just wasn’t the right fit for her situation. So, we found another way. I helped her sell off-market, connected her directly with a cash buyer, and navigated both sides through the entire process. Now, I won’t sugarcoat it—those negotiations were tough! But we stayed focused, worked through every detail, and closed right on time on October 9. The absolute best part? Hearing her big, glowing smile after she left the closing table. A huge weight was lifted off!! Sometimes a fresh start gives you the exact space you need to move forward, and I’m praying this next chapter brings her nothing but joy and good things. Helping people through life’s delicate transitions is exactly why I love what I do! Jenelle K. They started as clients. They leave feeling like family. After plenty of home tours and a search that required patience, my buyers found their place in Conyers! A beautifully renovated ranch. A spacious half-acre lot. Room between neighbors. And no trees close to the house—a big win for my buyer! There are still kitchen updates she wants to make, but that’s part of the excitement: taking a beautiful canvas and making it HOME. Conyers is quietly beautiful, and this home was worth the search. I pray she and her husband grow old together here, surrounded by love and memories. Helping people make a decision this personal means everything to me. I will ask the questions, speak up, and advocate for my clients every step of the way. JUST SOLD 1808 Francon Ct SW, Conyers, GA $300,000 | 4 beds | 2 baths | 2,044 sq. ft. UNDER CONTRACT | 2087 Glenwood Avenue SE, Atlanta 4 Bedrooms | 3.5 Bathrooms 4,780 Square Feet | Built in 2025 New Construction | No HOA This has been a long journey for my client. We were previously under contract on an absolutely beautiful modern home. From the outside, it appeared to be everything they wanted—but the inspection uncovered concerns significant enough for us to walk away. Even in real estate, everything that glitters is not always gold. Walking away was a blow to the stomach, but protecting my client’s future mattered more than forcing a transaction that no longer made sense. It is so important to have a Realtor who will tell you the truth, protect your interests, and help you make a sound investment—even when that means starting over. But God! We never saw this upgrade coming. This newly built contemporary home is better suited for my client’s future plans and offers: • 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms • 4,780 square feet • A main-level bedroom with a full bathroom • A spacious primary suite • Double decks • A private backyard • A two-car garage • No HOA • A location directly across from East Lake Golf Club • Convenient access to the interstate, Decatur, Kirkwood, dining and shopping Sometimes what feels like a setback is really protection and redirection. The first home may have looked perfect, but this home fits the life my client is building. Your Realtor should do more than help you get under contract. You need someone who will have your back, help you recognize potential liabilities, and guide you toward a home you can feel confident about long after closing. Congratulations to my client! This is definitely a Pretty Big Deal—and I truly believe this home was meant for you. Jenelle K. UNDER CONTRACT IN CONYERS! I am so excited for my first-time homebuyer, who is now under contract on this beautifully renovated ranch in the Manchester community. 4 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms 2,044 Square Feet Over Half an Acre Under Contract After Only 6 Days on the Market Getting under contract was only the beginning. The inspection period required firm negotiations involving a 31-year-old HVAC system and evidence of termites—two concerns that should never be treated lightly. A beautiful renovation does not eliminate the need for a thorough inspection. When purchasing a home, four of the most important systems to evaluate are: • Roof • Plumbing • HVAC • Electrical I call these the home’s “911s” because problems in these areas can quickly become urgent and expensive. Your Realtor’s job is not simply to help you find a house and write an offer. Your Realtor should help you understand the inspection report, identify major concerns, negotiate appropriately, and protect you from taking on unnecessary liabilities. This is my client’s first home and a major investment. My responsibility is to make sure they enter homeownership with as much knowledge, preparation, and protection as possible. We still have work to do before closing, but we have successfully made it through an important part of the process. Now we are one step closer to the closing table! If you are considering buying a home, especially your first one, make sure you have someone who will properly represent you throughout the entire transaction. Jenelle K.
