Grief cracked me wide open… and somehow, love poured in.

Since losing my brother, I’ve been living in a space I never expected to navigate so soon. One filled with heartbreak, stillness, and a quiet kind of transformation. The kind you don’t choose, but somehow grow through.

Every flower, every embrace, every moment of stillness has reminded me. Love doesn’t end, it evolves. And healing isn’t about “moving on”… it’s about becoming.

🌱 Becoming someone who carries the love forward.
🌱 Becoming someone who honors the pain but doesn’t drown in it.
🌱 Becoming someone who allows grief to be both a teacher and a mirror.

Life in September 🌱

This past year has asked more of me than I ever imagined.

Not in ways you can always see, but in the quiet moments where I had to choose myself anyway. Where I had to find grace in the middle of frustration, and strength in the middle of uncertainty.

Healing hasn’t been linear. Growth hasn’t been easy. But I’ve learned that both can exist at the same time as gratitude. I’m still here. Still building. Still choosing to see the good, even when life feels heavy.

And that’s what this version of me is rooted in, not perfection, but resilience. Not ease, but intention. Not just surviving, but becoming.
