Why did we choose the name PRETTY NAVY? Because it represents the two things we believe great marketing requires. PRETTY The creative side. The visuals, the storytelling, the concepts, and the execution. NAVY The strategic side. The planning, positioning, messaging, and purpose behind every piece of content. We’ve seen agencies do incredible work on either side. But our philosophy has always been that the strongest marketing happens when both work together. That’s the standard we bring to every brand we work with. Want your brand to be just as polished as it is purposeful? Send us a message — we’d love to hear about your project. 💌 . 💌 by @prettynavy__

Aesthetic content is not dead. I keep seeing strategists say “just post, it doesn’t matter what it looks like, as long as there’s strategy behind it.” Strategy is the most important part. But not caring how your brand shows up online is exactly what makes you look like everybody else. That’s the difference between a business and a brand on social media. A business posts about its product. A brand focuses on what its content makes the viewer feel. Because your buyer isn’t just buying a product. They’re buying into a universe. And how your content looks, and the mood it creates, is how you earn the right to charge premium prices. Interested in working with us? Inquire via the link in our bio. by @prettynavy__
You’re invited! ✉️ This winter, give your brand the social media upgrade it deserves. From strategy to production, we make sure your socials actually convert while looking pretty. We’re opening limited spots so every brand gets our full attention. DM “invited” to work with us✨☁️ by @prettynavy__
Hot take: consistency isn’t always key, especially when you’re just starting out on social media for your business. I know it sounds tempting. Everyone says “just post every day and you’ll figure it out,” but so much time gets wasted trying to figure out how social media works on your own. I get a lot of founders who come to me frustrated because they’re posting five times a week and not seeing any sales from it. The reason is usually that they’re not posting with a clear strategy tailored to their audience and their goals. When it comes to content, quality matters more than quantity. One or two posts a week that tie back to your social strategy will do far more for you than six posts going live with no direction. That’s one of our core values at Pretty Navy. We keep our client roster small and our monthly deliverables focused, so every piece of content gets the attention it deserves and actually works for the brand. If you’ve been thinking about handing over your socials, submit an inquiry through the link in our bio xx by @prettynavy__
I see founders waste thousands on this every week. They hire photographers, videographers and content creators because they think they just need content to fill their page. They’re right that they need a social presence. But hiring creators is not the same as marketing. Without a strategy, no matter how good the videographer is, they’re best at taking videos. They don’t know your brand, your audience, what you sell, or how to sell it on social media. I’ve seen this firsthand with the brands I work with. So to every founder who’s stuck in that cycle, or about to start growing online: your first investment should be a clear social strategy for how you want to be perceived online and how you’ll reach your goals. Only once that’s crystal clear, you can start hiring the right team to bring your vision to life, without worrying about your return on investment. That’s what we do at Pretty Navy. We build your strategy with you and take care of the production too, so you never have to worry about finding the right people. Link in bio for inquiries🤍 by @prettynavy__
We don’t start posting the day a client signs. We typically spend 3 to 4 weeks between signing and shoot day, and that time is the reason the content performs so well. The more time we have to think through and develop creative concepts, the easier it is to tie every single one back to the original goals. Nothing gets shot without a reason. Save this post for your next shoot day planning. Want a simplified version of the questionnaire we send our clients before every shoot? Comment SHOOT and we’ll send it over! by @prettynavy__

Beautiful content is great. But content with a strategy behind it is what creates results. For Elegante Design, we transformed 3 events in one week into a full content system designed to attract attention, build trust, and increase visibility. In just 14 days: → 1.2M views → 4,851% increase in accounts reached → 22,168 shares → 900 new followers The goal wasn’t just to capture beautiful events — it was to create content people would actually stop for, connect with, and share. From emotional moments to curiosity-driven hooks and aspirational storytelling, every piece had a purpose behind it. This is the PRETTY NAVY METHOD™: elevated visuals built with strategy, intention, and performance in mind. Because content should not only look good. It should work. Ready to build a social presence that actually supports your business? DM us to inquire💌 by @prettynavy__
