Thai birdseye sriracha. The garlic and simmering chile’s with fish sauce, rice vinegar, salt and sugar didnt destroy the kitchen (with fumes) but made this incredible tasting sauce with absolute fire on the tongue. It will be/is one of those hot sauces where you want more, but have to admit your limits. by @pretzelgreg

Hey cool thing today. Got a call to be a lifeguard at a shoot for the Great American Journey. Segment host Camille Burford and Upstate Kayaks’ Donna Larkin paddled along Lock #2 where the Hudson meets the westbound Erie Canal. (I walked along the shore and hoped that the cast and crew didn’t capsize) total fun. by @pretzelgreg
