june, you were something else

got to catch up with friends and have candid, intimate conversations I didn’t know I needed. Finally got to hug my sister again after what felt like forever, and had the sweetest, most fun time with my niece too 🥹 Mornings felt a little lighter, waking up in the same room as them, with my niece’s tiny voice saying the cutest “hi” to greet me good morning. And since my sister had been craving filipino food for so long, that meant premium home-cooked meals lol. Nights felt warmer, and coming home was always the best part after a long, tiring day at work.

also went home to the province for a short vacation- slow days, fresh air, and the beach were just what I needed. Got to visit Tatay and Papa for Father’s Day, too. That moment was quiet but full.

laughed a lot, cried a lot, took a breather.

june, you were so good to me 🏡🌊🌺☀️ God really has blessed me with the right people, and I’m so thankful.

how am i supposed to go back to reality now?? 🤧 i really hope the next 6 months will be brighter and fuller (please, please, please) by @pretziel
