Groove Phi Groove Social Fellowship, Inc. and Swing Phi Swing Social Fellowship, Inc. have just completed their second water borehole in Kumasi, Ghana, bringing clean and reliable water access to a combined total of approximately 10,000 people per year.According to a press release from the organizations, the newly constructed borehole will serve a village of over 5,000 residents, providing clean water for drinking, cooking, and daily hygiene. It will also function as a bathing station for children at a local orphanage that Groove Phi Groove and Swing Phi Swing have maintained a longstanding partnership with, directly improving the health and daily lives of some of Ghana’s most vulnerable young people.The initiative behind this milestone is called the GOOD Water Project, a signature program jointly run by the two fellowships in direct response to one of West Africa’s most persistent public health challenges.The second borehole marks a significant step toward the GOOD Water Project’s long-term goal of constructing 10 boreholes across 10 years, ultimately serving 100,000 Ghanaians per year on an ongoing basis. 👉🏾 Click on the link in our bio(@watchtheyard) for the full article. by @prez.1962

The project focuses on improving access to clean water in rural areas, particularly in Ghana, where illegal mining activities have contaminated water sources.
