Before he was behind the decks, @pricemusic_ was the one on aux making sure the energy never dropped.

“My least favorite part of any party was when the music stopped between songs and the energy dipped. The moment I realized I could keep that from happening, I was hooked.”

That same mindset shows up in his sets.

“My favorite part of DJing is keeping the crowd on their toes… creating unexpected moments that keep the energy building and people on the dance floor.”

Baltimore plays a big role in that energy.

“House music crowds in Baltimore are a close-knit community full of familiar faces. Everyone’s proud to be from the city and supports each other day in and day out.”

“May 9th, 2026… I’m calling it now.”

“I love a day party… but nothing beats ripping a set at night with lasers.”

Big update post‼️Check below but for starters, here’s a couple flicks I wanted to share from @rockwellbaltimore hosted by @boilingpoint_360 on 9/19 so have a swipe!

The last few months have been an incredible ride thanks to so many people in the Baltimore community. I’m lucky enough to be playing at venues I’ve wanted to rip for years so thank you to all who’ve shown up to support and to those who’ve thrown me in some awesome lineups.

But I’m still just getting started & it’s been an active few weeks so lots more content incoming

A final thanks to @dj_spyd3r and everyone behind both @offstagesession and @open.house.events for having me setup for some shows you can’t miss in the next few weeks:

Most DJs have a moment where the spark hits. For PRI¢E, it started with the aux cord.

Before Price Nelson ever touched a mixer, he was the one controlling the music at every party. Watching the room. Testing songs. Seeing how the right track at the right time could flip the energy instantly. But he also noticed the opposite. Those awkward moments when the music cut out and the momentum died. He hated that feeling.

So he decided to fix it.

PRI¢E built his sound around keeping things moving. Bass house, melodic house, and tech house all stitched together with seamless transitions and constant momentum. The goal is simple. No dead air. No broken energy. Just one groove feeding the next until the room is completely locked in.

You can hear flashes of influence from artists like Chris Lake, Joshwa, Odd Mob, PAWSA, Oden & Fatzo, Disco Lines, Surf Mesa, Bakermat, and Avicii, but PRI¢E’s approach is less about copying a lane and more about blending sounds people might not expect. Familiar enough to pull people in, unpredictable enough to keep them guessing.

His first real set happened completely by accident. Minutes before a fraternity party, the DJ who was supposed to play had his board fail. PRI¢E ran back to his dorm, grabbed his new deck, plugged in, and somehow held the whole night together. From that moment on, there was no turning back.

Price grew up just north of Baltimore and credits the local house music community for opening the door to a whole new side of the city. New people, new spaces, and a deeper connection to the scene.

Outside of music, he’s big into golf. Nothing beats house music playing in the sun by the water. Fun fact, he’s also played five instruments over the years, including piano, saxophone, and drums.
