While we can’t make that decision for you, we can tell you that our community at Pride Lands is comprised of humans committed to self-improvement and helping others. We take pride in our team and truly feel like a family, but it’s up to you to decide if we’re the right fit for you.

Jiu-jitsu offers countless benefits, but it’s important that you enjoy the experience and feel at home. At Pride Lands, we offer 15 classes per week to
best meet our students’ diverse needs. We provide morning and night classes including no-gi jiu-jitsu, submission wrestling, kickboxing, boxing, mma, and more. We welcome members of all ages to our adult classes and accept kids starting at age 6/7 in our youth program!

Matt Stefanelli was one of our black belts but he was so much more than that.

He was someone that everyone could count on. He would always be the first person to help a new student, lend a hand to struggling teammates, and open up the gym early to heat it on cold days. He was just always, without fail, there for whoever needed him. He was someone that everyone knew, loved, and respected.

It breaks my heart to share that Doc passed away yesterday. I don’t know what our 11am class will even be without him. He’s such an important part of our team and will be missed forever.

Please offer your prayers to his amazing family and extend a hand however you are able.
