This house is our latest development project, and we put a lot of work and care into every part of it. Good materials, a great designer, and no shortcuts. The whole house was designed by @shelbykassdesign in a mid-century modern style, from the rooflines down to the details.

What’s inside:
• High vaulted ceilings with exposed oak beams
• Folding glass doors that open the living room to the backyard
• Custom white oak cabinets
• A kitchen finished in Ceppo Beige marble
• Every bathroom designed differently
• A primary suite that looks straight out at the garden

It’s been a minute since I posted about one of my Real Estate sales, but I had to for this one because it represents the most challenging and arduous transaction I’ve ever encountered to date. It honestly took everything out of me. 😅
