If you want to eat vegetables fine but that’s not going to be what heals your cycle. It can be included (as I do in my diet in the form of pickling) but eating solely veggies won’t heal your hormones by @primalbarbiee

Okay… who ate sugar over the holidays and is brave enough to admit it? 👀😂🍰

Did you have “just one bite” that somehow turned into three days of desserts? Did you completely fall off track? And most importantly… was it actually worth it? 😂

I want to know EVERYTHING 👇🏼

What did you eat? Did you enjoy every second of it? Did you regret it afterwards? Did you notice a difference in how you felt? And are you back on track now… or are you still telling yourself you’ll start again tomorrow? 👀

Here’s the thing I love about carnivore…

You don’t have to throw everything away because you ate something you normally wouldn’t.

You don’t need to wait until Monday.
You don’t need to wait until next month.
And you definitely don’t need to wait until January 1st.

Your next meal can be carnivore. 🥩

That’s it.

You fell off? Get back on.
You ate the cake? Hope it was delicious. 😂
Now cook yourself a steak and keep going.

So be honest… did you eat sugar over the holidays? What did you have, and was it worth it? 👇🏼😂
