All hair stylists know what it’s like to be rich in life when this is what clocking in looks like…

Behind the chair, we’re doing so much more than hair.

We get to be the place people go when they need to vent, recharge, or just feel like themselves again🤍

Normalize showing how long great hair actually takes.

A color and cut doesn’t happen in the 15-second videos we see. Good hair isn’t rushed🤍

Watching the transformation is half the fun〰️For anyone wondering what goes into a color + cut appointment, save this for later.

3: Has to be a chic bouncy blowout 〰️

You don’t need an event on the calendar or a special occasion coming up to justify getting a professional blowout…

A good blowout isn’t just about looking styled for a few hours. It’s about having a couple days of zero effort hair, extending your wash days, and taking an hour out of your week to just relax while someone else does the work.

Some hairstylist outfit inspo for you this fall, since it’s officially November (not quite Christmas yet)!

One of the best parts of working behind the chair is that we get to choose what we wear. The fun is in finding pieces that are actually cute, comfortable, and survive stains…

So here is what our stylists have been wearing at the salon. Let us know below if you want any fit details!

Not everybody can be a Victoria’s Secret model, but hair stylists can make you feel like a Victoria’s Secret angel with those iconic bouncy blowouts🪽

To every other stylist spending time perfecting this bombshell blowout technique… your hands are doing the real magic behind the chair.

Transformations like this make me so excited to get back behind the chair ♡

If you’ve been thinking of falling for the “go darker” propaganda this season…
let this be your sign to listen to your gut and maybe give the bleach a break (opt for a gloss instead).

Sometimes hair just needs a breath of fresh air. So we kept the dimensional highlights and refreshed them with a new gloss formula for our brunettes.

The inspo -> the process -> the result…

The fall season doesn’t always have to mean going darker, almost all hair stylists love a simple brunette/blonde highlight.

A lived-in blonde transformation will forever be a classic, save this for your October hair inspo.
