"What an incredible STEAM Night! 🧪🚀🤖🔬 Our campus was buzzing with curiosity, creativity, experiments, engineering, and LOTS of hands-on learning! Our students and families had the opportunity to explore science, technology, engineering, art, and math through so many amazing activities. 🐧 Makey-Makey Circuits with Allie 🔎 Match the Suspect with Natalia 🎨 Recycled Lip Mural with Ms. Jennie 🧪 Oobleck with Ms. Joey 🏗️ Building & Engineering with @yes_prescott 🪐 Space Exploration & Ceres: Dwarf Planet with @embry_riddle_prescott 🤖 Robot Dog & Drone with @pilotinstituteairplanes ➕ Math Games with Mrs. Whitney From getting messy with Oobleck and investigating clues, to building catapults, creating circuits, exploring space, watching a drone fly overhead, and meeting a very popular robot dog, there was something exciting happening everywhere you looked! A huge thank you to all of our presenters, teachers, staff, volunteers, and families who helped make the evening possible. We are especially grateful to our community organizations and guests who shared their time, knowledge, and enthusiasm with our students. ❤️ And thank you to everyone who joined us! Seeing our students asking questions, experimenting, creating, problem-solving, and simply having FUN learning is exactly what STEAM Night is all about. Be curious. Be kind. Be a Penguin. 🐧 #PrimaveraSchool #STEAMNight #STEAMEducation #HandsOnLearning #CuriousKids #PrescottAZ #PrimaveraPenguins" by @primaverapenguins

What is STEAM? STEAM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics, but it’s really about what happens when we bring them together. STEAM learning encourages students to ask questions, experiment, create, solve problems and discover that there’s often more than one way to find an answer. Join us for STEAM Night this Thursday, September 17 from 4pm-6pm, and see curiosity in action! by @primaverapenguins

💛 We Have a New-to-Us Van! 💛🚐 We are so excited to share that Primavera’s Main Campus has a new-to-us van! This is something we have been working toward for quite some time, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who helped make it happen. A huge THANK YOU to our Board President, Trent Beaver, for all his time and help throughout this process; to Mark and the team at @findlaysubaruprescott for helping us find the right van; and to the wonderful team at @foothillsbank for working with us to make the financing possible. It truly takes a community to keep our little penguins moving, and now we can do that a little more! 🐧🚐 We are so thankful for the people and local businesses who continue to support Primavera School and our students. 💛 #PrimaveraSchool #PenguinPride #PrescottAZ #CommunitySupport #ThankYou by @primaverapenguins

You’re Invited! Back-to-School Community Picnic 🐧 This year, we’re doing something a little different! Instead of a traditional Back-to-School Night, we’re combining it with our First Quarter Community Fundraiser. Join us for a relaxed evening of food, fun, and fellowship as we kick off another wonderful school year together! 📅 Date: August 19 🕔 Time: 5:00–7:00 PM 📍 Location: Courthouse Square We’ll be participating in a Dining for Dollars fundraiser with Bill’s Pizza. You can purchase dinner from Bill’s Pizza or bring your own meal. Whatever works best for your family. No need to bring anything to share! We’ll be picnicking on the courthouse lawn, so don’t forget to bring a blanket or lawn chairs. We hope your entire family will join us for an evening of connection, conversation, and community. It’s a great opportunity to meet your child’s teachers, connect with other Primavera families, and celebrate the start of the new school year. Use the flyer below which will also be handed out the day of our fundraiser. We can’t wait to see you there! 💚🐧 by @primaverapenguins
