Indianapolis, the declaration has been written.
WE THE ARTISTS is officially here.

On August 23rd, 2026, Prime Connects brings back Artists in August for a bold night of live art, music, creative vendors, culture, fundraising, and community impact.

This year is more than a showcase.

This is a stance.

A statement.

A declaration for every artist who has ever created without permission, performed without a platform, painted through the pressure, or used their voice to shape the soul of this city.

Indianapolis is not just home to artists.
Indianapolis is created by its artists.
Come experience the movement. Support the culture. Stand with the creatives who make this city unforgettable.

Tickets, artist opportunities, sponsorships, partnerships, and donations are now open.
Enter the declaration.

As August comes to a close, we’re looking back at last year’s Artists in August event and this beautiful installation designed by Flower Boys co-owner Jake Smith.

A reminder that both Jakes are artists and designers, bringing their own creative perspective to everything they do.

Grateful for the creativity and collaboration this event brings to our community each year. taken in Morris Bicentennial Plaza by @primeconnects

Huge thank you to @primeconnects for inviting Bellies & BS out to Artists in August! We had a great time connecting with artists and creatives, enjoying the fashion show, networking, and of course the food.
The energy throughout the entire event made it a dope experience from start to finish.

We appreciate the invite and are looking forward to coming back next year! taken in Morris Bicentennial Plaza by @primeconnects

Extremely proud of @realtezzo for continuing to grow as an Artist & for sharing his music ✨ A lot of people can “rap” but the question is, does your art have substance ✨

You are truly gifted & a natural lyricist and I’m so happy to be by your side as your cheerleader 🫶🏾

Shout out to @primeconnects for giving all of the Amazing artists the platform to share their Art 🔥🔥 We had a blast 🥂 by @primeconnects
