A lot of dreaming has happened right here.

Prime STQ has been in the works for a long time, and now there are even more hands helping bring the vision to life. We’re excited for this next chapter and even more excited that we finally get to start sharing more of the journey with you.

You've probably seen the #Canes eat just about everything out of the Stanley Cup. Prime BBQ in Knightdale has become a go-to. Pitmaster Christopher Prieto has formed a bond with the team and is even starting a new business with Jaccob Slavin. Here's a story about their shared insatiable appetite for greatness. #NHL @primebbq @primestq by @primestq

RTP is full of people moving between work, family, celebrations, meetings, and everything in between. Prime STQ is being created with all of those moments in mind.

A place you can come for an important lunch, return to for dinner, bring the family, or make your regular spot without needing a special occasion.

It’s one thing to see Prime STQ on paper. It’s another to start imagining what 8,000 square feet can become.

Indoor and outdoor dining, room for 250 guests, a private dining space overlooking the pit room, and plenty of opportunities to gather around the table.

COMING SOON 🔥

There’s still plenty happening behind the scenes before we can welcome you in, but every decision is bringing Prime STQ a little closer to what we’ve envisioned from the beginning.

The wait will be worth it.

Shared faith, a strong work ethic, a love for this community, and a belief that what we build should serve more than ourselves are all shaping Prime STQ long before the first meal is served.

We’re looking forward to what’s ahead.

A new concept doesn’t mean starting from zero.

Prime STQ carries years of lessons about food, hospitality, leadership, and what it takes to create a place people genuinely want to return to. We’re taking what we’ve learned and building something new with it.

A closer look at renderings of @primestq following last week’s news that @jslavin74 is joining @christopher_prieto as a business partner. The 8,000 square foot barbecue meets steakhouse concept here at Horseshoe will include indoor and outdoor seating for 250 guests plus a private dining room overlooking the pit room. Designed by Tony Johnson Architecture, Prime STQ is currently projected to open in 2027! taken in Horseshoe at Hub RTP by @primestq

Today, we remember the lives lost, the heroes who stepped forward, and the countless families and communities forever impacted by September 11, 2001.

We honor their memory today and always.
