Speaking of connection, we are entering the realm of working with ancestors on a much deeper level, and I found myself thinking about my grandmothers and great-grandmothers. About the line of women who gifted the possibility of my becoming. The truth of my presence in their lives is strong. I have been present within my grandmother when she was pregnant with my mother. The little egg that has become me was already formed in my mum’s ovary when she was herself a growing foetus. I was present within them not only energetically but in a physical sense as well, and I can always return to that time for healing and regeneration. A long time ago, before the possibility of this life, I was already there, in their bodies, susceptible to their dreams and their traumas. In this way the Sacred Trinity can take an entirely new meaning: a Triple Goddess – Maiden, Mother, and Crone – three bodies being at some point one. With love, Agnieszka xx

Have you connected to the wisdom of your womb today? I’ve got this beautiful message, I’d like to share.

She said, ‘Don’t rush into the next phase but transition into it with gentleness and ease’.

I’m just finishing my bleed and for a moment today I jumped into doing everything like I do when ovulating. It brought exhaustion and pain.
