Dear friends, fans, and fellow athletes,

After an incredible journey on the field, it is with a full heart and a sense of gratitude that I announce my retirement from professional football.

Starting my career with Frankfurt Galaxy, I was fortunate enough to be part of the team that won the first-ever European League of Football title. The thrill of that victory is something I will carry with me forever. From there, I joined Stuttgart Surge and then moved to Rhein Fire, where we again lifted the championship trophy. Each team and every game have left an indelible mark on my life.

My time with the Cologne Centurions was another chapter filled with highs and lows, culminating in my release from the team. I then joined the Helvetic Mercenaries, but due to unforeseen personal changes in the offense, I decided to retire midseason.

Football has given me so much – friendships, lessons, and unforgettable memories. I want to thank all my coaches, teammates, and especially the fans who have supported me throughout my career. Your cheers and encouragement have been the backbone of my journey.

As I step away from the game, I look forward to the next chapter of my life with excitement and optimism. Though I’ll no longer be on the field, my passion for football will always remain.

Thank you for everything by @primetimebjb

A little glimpse into the off-season ☕️
No training. No rushing. Just coffee, checking in online, and enjoying a slower morning.

Sometimes doing less is exactly what you need.

Mom, I don’t think I’ll ever be able to fully explain how much you’ve done for me. You drove me to countless practices, supported me through every game, bought me the gear I needed, and always made sure I had the opportunity to chase the things I loved. You gave your time, your energy, and so much of yourself just to see me happy and doing what I loved. A huge part of the person and athlete I became is because you believed in me before I even knew what I could become. I’ll forever be grateful for every early morning, every drive, every sacrifice, and every moment you stood behind me. Thank you, Mom. I love you more than words can say. ❤️
