POSTS STORIES REELS

Hello Friends! We have new followers on our page and wanted to re-introduce ourselves. ✨

We are Jen and Elsie. Two best friend latinas from New York City. Over 10 years ago we met at a local CrossFit gym in San Diego. Little did we know breaking a sweat and lifting heavy weights would lead to a beautiful friendship! Our friendship has grown deeper though the challenges we have faced and our healing journeys.

Our shared passion for fitness, wellness, and community eventually led us to create the Prime Time Chats podcast in October of 2024 — a space where we connect, share, and grow together.

Our intention is to create a safe space where you feel celebrated and seen for your authentic self.

We celebrate each follower and podcast listener! Thank you for being here and sharing our community walks and podcast with your family and friends.

With gratitude, Jen & Elsie ✨ #podcast #womencelebratingwomen #healing #community #wellness #perimenopausesupport #menopause #fitness #growthmindsets by @primetimechats

Episode 18, with a side of Moosh Bear’s heavy breathing 🐶

In this episode of Prime Time Chats, we’re talking about: learning to advocate for ourselves and use our voice. 🤍

You are not alone.

Sometimes advocating for ourselves means speaking up, asking questions, and saying what we need, even when it feels uncomfortable.

Whether it’s at work, in a relationship and most importantly at the doctor’s office and when navigating a new season of life, your voice matters.

You deserve to feel heard, supported, and understood. And if you need help, it’s okay to ask for it.

We don’t have to make ourselves smaller. We can learn to speak up for ourselves, one conversation at a time. 💛

Episode links are found in our bio or comment “18” below and we will send the link to you.

Besos,
Jen & Elsie

Have you ever left your doctor’s office feeling unheard or wishing you’d spoken up about what you needed?

In this episode of Prime Chats, we’re talking about advocating for ourselves, finding our voices, and making sure we’re heard when we discuss perimenopause, menopause, and everything else that matters to us.

Whether you’re at the doctor’s office, at work, or in a relationship, it’s time to stop making ourselves smaller and start speaking up for what we need and deserve. We also talk about the changes our bodies go through during this phase of life—and making space to accept what comes with it.

Ladies, we may be a little older, but we matter. And we are not invisible. Aging is a privilege.

Side Note: Mooshy Bear deleted our original recording so we had to re-record the same day. 🤍 #podcast #women #womensupportwomen #perimenopausehealth #menopause by @primetimechats

Have you listened to our most recent podcast episode?

In this episode, we talk about grief, but we also make room for a little laughter along the way. 🤍

And Elsie is slowly accepting that Kauai may have to wait this year because there’s a very exciting book release coming at the end of the year. 📖✨

Stay tuned friends, and please share our podcast with someone you think would enjoy it. We’d also love to hear from you! 💕 Links in our bio or DM “love” below and we will send you the links.

After taking some time away to care for her mom and navigate life after her passing, Jen is finally finding her way back to the microphone. And this conversation felt like the perfect place to begin.

In this episode, we talk about grief—the kind that changes you while the rest of the world somehow keeps moving. We talk about what it looks like to show up for someone who is grieving, even when you haven’t experienced that kind of loss yourself.

But this conversation isn’t only about grief. It’s also about growth, identity, and becoming. ✨

We talk about the women we become through every season of life—even the messy, unexpected and difficult ones.

And of course, we finally got to talk about Elsie’s new book, releasing Winter 2026! 📖 A dream that has been in the making and a beautiful reminder that sometimes who we’re becoming is unfolding long before we can fully see it.

This is a conversation about grief, growth, identity, and becoming the women we’re meant to be, even when life takes us somewhere we never expected to go. 💫

Happy International Women’s Day ✨

We were not placed on earth to prove how beautiful we are or to be in competition with other women.

We were placed here to live authentically, to be YOU. To be the soft woman, the bold, the one who speaks her truth. To be messy, emotional, funny, deep, resilient, strong and to grow through our experiences and honor the woman we are becoming.

A woman who knows her worth, stands in her truth and walks in her purpose is truly unstoppable.

To every women learning to love herself more deeply, trust her voice and walk confidently in her life - this worlds needs YOU exactly how you are. We see you and celebrate you today. We truly feel privileged to be a woman and be shining in our unique paths.

We celebrated this beautiful day together @selva.coffee.house surrounded by all the beautiful plants. This is our joy. ✨

We started with podcast planning...
Somehow ended up talking about workouts…
And then just sat there listening to frogs and laughing. 😂🐸
Honestly? 10/10 day.
This is what alignment feels like for us. Being present. #alignment #women #podcast #wellness #womencelebratingwomen by @primetimechats

Hi Friends,

Have you listened to our latest Episode 16? Links are in our bio or DM us “2026” and we will send it to your inbox.

In this episode, we have an open and honest conversation about old stories and labels we are leaving behind like being the “strong one” and being the “fixer.” We also desire more play time and to be more present! This weekend we spent time at a park in La Costa after having lunch at The Henry for Jen’s birthday. So FUN!

PS: We own a lot of the same clothing pieces and we find ourselves twinning often. Isn’t that what best friends are for? ✨ 🤍
