Our cohort 1 MSES students presented their research today! This processs is the last hurdle before they are awarded their degree. The first group did a great job and I am very proud of their work. Research isn’t easy, the process for a new MS is and was not easy for them, however they persevered and completed the journey. As a director and a practitioner it has been a dream of mine to bring a masters program to our field that is evidence based, rigorous and life learning for students. I believe despite the bumps of a year one program we achieved it. Cohort one still has 3 presentations to go in a couple of weeks. I am humbled and proud of the students we are producing at @sxucougars. What is also amazing is the students we have are predominately first generation as I was, our university maybe small but the impact can be huge. taken in Saint Xavier University by @primetimesp21

Congrats to @synergysoccerclub on winning the Wheaton 9u tournament! The game went into OT today and they won 5-4. Great game by the kids and kudos to Brady who played center back and striker all day and then was put in as goalie for the OT and made 5/5 saves. Aiden with the game winner on a great ball win by Mateo. Fun tournament.kids played awesome all week tallying an impressive 23 goals and giving up 12 over 3 games. by @primetimesp21

A great Xmas gift from @stl_coachpete12 and the @stlvikingsbaseball ! I am proud to have a part in their state championship. No one but those who partake in the s and c program knows how hard they work, we take great pride in what we do inside that weight room! Nothing better seeing a program who has worked so hard achieve their goal. As we all have said this championship not only signifies this team’s hard work but those who paved the path before this group lead by the best coaching staff who sets the culture! Today as part of our introduction to exercise science course within the division of exercise science hosted @jenahfox to speak on her experience as an undergrad at @sxucougars within exercise science and now as a graduate of a physical therapist program l. She spoke on her experience as a student and how critical it is to understand foundational knowledge and how that knowledge sets the test of your path. We to break the news to Brady that one of his favorite Sensei’s Chris passed away unexpectedly. Our thoughts and prayers to his family and @skycentersma family who he worked for. They are all great people and I know they are grieving. taken in Lombard, Illinois by @primetimesp21

Congrats to Brady on passing his high blue belt promotion last night. He works really hard 2x a week ok weapons and karate. His promotion is in front of 200 people, stoked he moved on to purple belt and is 3 promotions away from graduating to black belt work. Beyond this work is playing 2 sports this fall. Super proud of his work ethic. by @primetimesp21
