DC I wrote and directed for Wendy’s. Was very lucky to work with so many talented 🐐’s. I personally think it’s a burger, but I also recognize that some people think it’s a grilled cheese sandwich and that’s okay!

The Best Granola

2 cups rolled oats
1 cup chopped almonds
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup pumpkin seeds
3 tablespoons chia seeds
3 tablespoons Nile Cold Brew Concentrate
1 tablespoon cinnamon (Saigon cinnamon from Spice Trader is the best)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg white (this binds the granola)
Lil vanilla
Lil salt

Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl
Mix the wet ingredients in another
Add the wet to the dry and mix some more

Pat firmly down on parchment lined baking sheet

Convection bake at 325 for 30 mins (rotate the pan half way) and make sure you don’t mix it up! You want chunks!

Let it sit to room temp - then break it up into chunkies.

Can be stored for I dunno a couple weeks? We go through it fast. by @primomelon
