Goldie’s Garden Bar

We carried the pink + green details into every little corner — hydrangeas, lattice work, scalloped trim and the prettiest floral panels to tie it all together.

I love when a functional piece gets to become part of the party design, too. taken in Aspen Ranch by @primpaperco

Goldie’s First Garden Party 🌸🦋🌿

A little garden made just for Goldie. Shades of pink and green, hydrangeas, lattice details, tiny ponies, butterflies, and all the sweetest custom touches brought this first birthday celebration to life. taken in Aspen Ranch by @primpaperco

Most couples know to include a dress code on their details card, but knowing exactly what to say can be surprisingly tricky! When done well, your dress code wording can be just as artful as the invitation design. So I’ve put together a list of 25+ examples from casual to white tie (yes, that’s a thing!) to help you find the perfect phrasing for your invitations.

Take a look at primpaperco.com/blog ✨

Designing for @_meagan_sappington was absolutely refreshing. It was a perfect blend of garden romance and shabby chic with nods to cowboys and ranching. From the pink hydrangeas and blue and white antique-inspired china, the deep wood accents, the embroidered table numbers, to the bolo ties, cowboy hats, and rope borders across their day-of paper items. It was completely custom and whimsical throughout!

When the bride says she wants a pop of color ✴️

For McKenzie’s suite, we wanted something different. So we paired this electric shade of orange with grounded, earthy tones like cream, sky blue and moss to maintain that sophisticated look. I can’t wait to share more from this special event!

Sara and Jackson ✉️🤍

This wedding was recently featured by @wedsociety.oklahoma for its classic elegance and high-end charm, but I wanted to highlight all of the stunning details of this invitation suite up close. Sara was so intentional with every design decision, and it really shows.

One for the books, no doubt about it!

As an invitation designer, you put so much of yourself into each suite. So when a new client is looking through our sample book and says…

“I love the fonts on that one.”
“Did you see this venue illustration?”
“Look at the watercolor map!”
“Wow, I really like this floral crest.”

It’s all I can do not to yell, “YES, ME TOO!”

If you’ve been wanting a closer look at our invitations, you can book a free consultation (link in bio) or join me tonight at 5 o’clock for the @colesgardenokc spring reveal. We look forward to showing you a few of our favorite details and seeing what stands out to you! by @primpaperco

It’s been a colorful season so far 🩷🧡💜🩵

From mandarin orange to candy pink, this year has been one for bold and bright brides! It’s such a fun challenge as an invitation designer to incorporate so much color while still keeping it classy. I think we nailed it here, but I’m a little biased.

Can’t wait to share more with you soon! by @primpaperco
