A few months ago,I documented A day in the life of a woman building @beautybyad with intention. @diiadem These frames shows that not every part of the work is glamorous. Behind it is the discipline, the decisions, vision, the quiet purpose. This is that side. Suit: @29byadele_ taken in Lagos, Nigeria by @primusige

The best thing about photographing teams? You get to see the real people behind the brand. @filmtribemedia Not logos, not titles but real people, each with their own personality, story, and way of showing up. And somehow, all of that difference comes together into something that works. Which is what I tried to capture here . The individuality and the unity, in the different frames Photos like these aren’t just portraits. They’re a bonding tool for companies/team, a celebration, and a quiet reminder that great work is never built alone. Behind every Nurse is a version of them that almost gave up. And that close-up wasn’t just about his eyes. It was about everything he’s seen for 6 years exhaustion, pressure, sacrifice, survival, and still choosing to continue. So no, I couldn’t shoot these portraits the regular way. This chapter deserved something timeless also representing his stylish personality. Congratulations ALEXANDER A.M (RN,RM,CFP, B.N.Sc) Photographed by @primusige taken in Lagos, Nigeria by @primusige
