I paid $200 for a fur-based “allergy test.”
But it wasn’t Monkey’s fur. It was my hair.

The results? Apparently, I’m “allergic” to duck, tofu, and white rice, and “sensitive” to sesame oil.
I’m Chinese — skipping rice and sesame oil is not an option.

It also didn’t detect my actual shellfish allergy.

While holistic wellness can have its place, we personally trust science for diagnostics.

Worth it, or waste of money? Tell me what you think below.

⚠️ Disclaimer: This is my personal experience with one fur-based bioresonance allergy test. The method is not recognised by mainstream medicine or veterinary science. Always consult a licensed vet for proper diagnosis and treatment.

We’re not anti-vaxxers.
But we don’t vaccinate every year by default.

For adult cats, immunity often lasts much longer than a year.
So instead of automatically vaccinating them, we run a titre test to check their actual antibody levels.

If antibodies are high, we leave it alone.
If it is low, we give the booster.

We just test first, then decide.
Because we only do what their body needs.

Things I learnt on my way to becoming a better cat pawrent.
Small lessons the girls taught me while judging me from boxes and behind bathroom doors.
Sharing them here so your learning curve is softer than mine.

Princess had a fun day out at the @levoit.sg Pet Community Event on Sunday.

It was great to see friends, make new friends, and take part in activities to learn about the new Vital Pet Pro. It cleans its pre filter as it purifies the air! No more vacuuming filters every week!

We were also happy to see that Levoit raised $18k for SPCA! That’s money going towards rescues just like us! taken in Studio Kinu by @princess_cookie_monkey

My therapist wants me to unpack my schemas and sit with discomfort.

Meanwhile, the girls are advising exile, groveling, and running away from problems.

They might be top-tier antidepressants, but they are absolutely terrible therapists.

Whose questionable advice would you consider?
