On this special Children’s Day, the Princess Thyroid Awareness Initiative, led by Dr. Amb. Princess Akawor, continues to impact lives through love, care, awareness, and health support for communities. Through dedication and compassion, the initiative has remained committed to educating people about thyroid health and creating hope for families and individuals affected by thyroid conditions.

As part of this celebration, the Foundation is proud to organize a FREE Thyroid Test for teachers, appreciating their hard work, sacrifices, and dedication to shaping the lives of children every day. 👩🏽‍🏫🩺

Over the last week, we have celebrated World Thyroid Day and successfully hosted our Thyroid Awareness Walk. As this campaign comes to an end, we would like to express our sincere appreciation to everyone who supported and participated in making it a success.

A special thank you to our amazing Fitness Coach @kemenfitness & @purefitnessafrica for leading and energizing the walk, our dedicated Nutritionist @fitandwellwithbanke for sharing valuable health insights, and every volunteer who generously gave their time, effort, and expertise to this cause.
We are also grateful to everyone who reposted our messages, amplified our voice, engaged in conversations, and helped spread awareness about thyroid health within their communities.

Your support has helped us reach more people with an important message: EARLY DETECTIVE,SAVES LIFES and prioritizing our health should never be an afterthought.

While this campaign may have come to an end, the advocacy continues. Let us keep encouraging regular health checks, greater awareness, and informed conversations about thyroid health.
