Proud to announce that I’ll soon be joining the 9% of Black women who hold a master’s degree 🎓 Earning my Master of Science in Nursing degree has been one of the most challenging and rewarding journeys of my life. Through the sleepless nights, self doubt, and sacrifices, God’s grace carried me every step of the way 🙏🏽

Wow, in less than 24 hours, I will be walking across the stage as a proud graduate of my illustrious HBCU—a dream that once felt so distant, now within reach. It’s surreal to think about how transformative these past three years have been. From the moment I stepped onto this campus, I made it my mission to not only succeed but to thrive. I’ve poured my heart into every opportunity, faced challenges head-on, and achieved more than I ever imagined. Thank you for believing in me, for allowing me to carry on my mother’s legacy, and for making my dream come true. Becoming a part of this remarkable sisterhood has been a dream I’ve carried in my heart for so long, and you’ve made it a reality. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be part of this beautiful organization. From the moment I first saw it on campus, I knew it was meant for me. This sisterhood has been nothing but a blessing, and I will forever cherish the lifelong bonds I’ve built here.
