LA went Up!!!!
Ordered steps is really a thing.. Backstory: I was a whole week early.. Had the date completely wrong! Fast forward to day of.. got off work later than expected. Still had to pick up @themilesgirls from school, cook dinner, get dressed.. all of the things.. blah blah. It’s important to know just how ordered my steps are. I had to make it. I had to show up. I had to support. Herbs been looking out for us for yearsss. “Everybody loves Herb” I’m like his mini me. #inspired . I am always supporting and showing up for people too. It’s my thing. I love it. .. but babyyyy LA was in the building! Humor therapy is a real thing!!! I’ve been using it as a tool. Comedy has always been my vibe but this night was something even more special. Sooooo many laughs!! My face was hurting from laughing and smiling!☺️Thanks for an unforgettable evening and a beautiful space @laughfactoryhw

Wishing you the happiest birthday @herbtheentspec and cheers to many many more.🖤🥰 We loveee you Herbie !

It is a beautifully bittersweet realization when you look through a lens and realize that the same group that used to easily squeeze in one photo…now takes up the entire frame .I’ve spent years fiercely protecting, loving, going to war, just trying to do and be better for my little girls watching, and then suddenly, you blink, and you are standing in the shade of the trees they have become!!(This is the moment that this happened for me. On our hike. I realized we can’t fit in one frame anymore but the picture still warms my heart) .There is a profound, quiet beauty in this transition that goes far deeper than just the physical space they fill:

My heart out side of my body x3.. God did his big one with me and my life. Greatful for everything that I have and what we have, yet I’m sooooooo juiced about what’s next to come. Growing and glowing. The light not only shines with me.. it shines in me. 🫶🏾

Rollies for life: shadow, velcro, and glue stick.. 😘
(Don’t get me wrong.. I LOVE the fact that they want to hang out with me and stay right up under me)🫣🧐🥰

Most people slow down at the finish line.. winners speed up. 🖤

Have you ever been in a dream and you can see something down the road that you’re trying to get to.. and you’re running but it’s in slow motion. You’re reaching but still can’t grab hold. Don’t give up yall. It’s discouraging to not be where you think you should be. It’s frustrating. I want all my dreams like NOW. I want the house, cars, businesses, my dream baby.. a club! I want @themilesgirls to have it all and with a stress free mama. I’m working hard at making it all happen. So the message on my heart from me to you is to keep going! And when you see everything is working againist don’t give up.. kick it into gear. Go harder!!! Don’t slow down., let’s go!!we up! 😘

I don’t even post on Saturdays..😂 but I had a message!! Let’s go!😘🫶🏾 by @princesskey3

Dear Diary.. This chapter is called “Started from the bottom now we are here! “
(we’ll show me the bottom thennn) Swipe left. 🫣

Six months ago I started dance class.. Random as heck but I want to be sure I try a lot of things while I’m down here. It was great for helping me regulate some of these emotions, stress, anxiety and all of the things. The people were so dope and they simply did not care that I had two left feet, sang along with the music, took videos, yelled out “ayeeeee” from time to time and was silly as hell. I found my tribe yall. Dance class is everything! No rules. No grades. No judgement. Just a love for music, friends and fun. We go together real bad. 🖤#alovelettertomyself

Life is funny how the steps are ordered.. Who knew I was going to need this dance therapy to get me through those hella tough days to follow. I love how I’m always in-tuned with connection and energy. I literally can dance under water and not get wet!! #hedontplayaboutme 🫶🏾 Thanks for the lessons..

If you want to join me..I’d loveeee that!!! Hit me up. Can’t post info here but I will share with anyone that wants to come! Please come!🖤#yolo
