This might be the quickest I have actually used any polish after receiving it 💀 I used it within the week 🤯 Mostly cause they're perfect for spooky season (very Freddy Krueger 💚❤), and I figured if I didn't now, who knows when I would lmao 👻 I got the whole Night Shift collection hehe

Decided to do a little combo! I didn't realize 𝕮𝖔𝖓𝖘𝖕𝖎𝖗𝖆𝖈𝖞 had bits of holo in it, but that makes it even better! Watch the videos (especially slide 13) 🤩 I shall now return to being a 𝖅𝖔𝖒𝖇𝖎𝖊 and taking forever to use my polishes lolol

Where tf have I been?? God only knows lmao It's been a while—Despite having many a manis in my backlog to post (this isn't one of them lolol)

But ya know what, that's okay. Constantly posting & creating takes its toll tbh. Or maybe the ability and desire to, is just subdued due to being in a dark place..? 🖤 Idk tbh. I've contemplated which is true. Cuz when you're not *in it*, it becomes a blur. And when you are, it takes time to even notice you're *in it* 🌪 So am I in a better place mentally when I post consistently or when I take a step back?? One provides constant hits of dopamine, the other peace & freedom to let go and live (in what way, who knows. That's another important piece of the puzzle to take into account) But it's truly up for debate cuz, let's be honest, I'm never in a sane state of mind 👹

NOW writing this caption, I feel the need to pair it with a 🔥HELLRAISER🔥 mani. Mostly just bc the song lyrics "the puzzle's in pieces again" popped in my head lol. But tbh it's kinda fitting to the topic at hand

Our inner demons really can feel like salvation sometimes 🕯 You cling to the darkness cuz everything's messed up and it's hard to find clarity. And the darkness just so easily lures you in, before you can even think about it. There's a certain pleasure in the pain. Safety in the 𝖁𝖔𝖎𝖉 🖤 The puzzle pieces of your mind are scattered & maybe you don't even know why 🧩🧩 But it takes time to put them back together. And when you're determined to, you tend to rush the process to get back to "normal" & just end up with a mangled mess that isn't quite right. You may think you've solved it, but it ultimately blows back up in your face & the darkness comes reigning back down🩸

You may not ever solve it completely, but every piece you add gives a clearer outlook. A more focused mindset. A bigger picture of who you are. 🖼 And w every piece, you find yourself more & more. And you keep building that one by one until you like who you are on the inside
